As Warzone players are having fun in Verdansk for one last time before leaving it forever (?), they are all excited for the new adventure ahead in Caldera Pacific map, so, let’s add up to this excitement a little more by taking a look at the release time.
Caldera Pacific launches alongside the Call of Duty Vanguard and Warzone Season One content, which is the beginning of a new era for all Warzone players with a brand new map and some new weapons from World War 2.
When is the Warzone Caldera Pacific Map Release Time?
According to the official Trello board of Warzone, the game’s servers will go down on December 8 at 12 am ET/5 am UTC/7 am CEST for 12-hour long maintenance. Once done, the Warzone Caldera Pacific map will be available on December 8 at 12 pm ET/5 pm UTC/7 pm CEST. Keep in mind that if anything unexpected happens, the maintenance could be extended.

Also, it’s worth noting that the release time above is for those who already own Call of Duty Vanguard. If you don’t, you will need to wait 24 hours more until December 9.
Currently, the Last Hours of Verdansk event is live in Call of Duty Warzone, during which players get to witness the end of Verdansk, which leads them into the new map in the Pacific Ocean. If you have some free time, make sure to take part in the event before it ends later tomorrow as there might be some special rewards for participants.
It’s worth noting that the arrival of Caldera Pacific won’t change anything regarding Rebirth Island as it still remains in the game probably for one extra year. However, Caldera Pacific will be the flagship map of the game, with Rebirth Island representing secondary modes such as Resurgence similar to the past.
Call of Duty Warzone is available for free on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
