Jeff Grubb, the GamesBeat reporter who has leaked some information around game reveals in the past, believes that the Elden Ring Summer Game Fest trailer will be showcased on June 10th during the live kick-off event.
The silence behind Elden Ring has been completely annoying for the fans over the past years. Since the game’s official announcement back in 2019, nothing official has been shared about it up until today.
This June marks the third anniversary of Elden Ring’s announcement, and fans really hope to finally see something new about the next project of FromSoftware, the studio that won the Best Game award at The Game Awards 2019 for Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice.
Jeff Grubb Hints at an Elden Ring Summer Game Fest Trailer
Almost before every big gaming event, we hear some rumors around an Elden Ring showcase from different sources. Up to this date, all those rumors have been nothing but lies. That being said, the GamesBeat reporter, Jeff Grubb, sounds pretty firm about an Elden Ring trailer at an upcoming event.
During a live stream on Twitch, Jeff Grubb strongly claimed that Elden Ring will have a showcase at the Summer Game Fest kick-off event on June 10. “Geoff Keighley has it … I think that’s where it should be in,” said Grubb. Check out 00:11:14 in the video below.
Although Jeff Grubb sounds pretty confident about this showcase, we suggest you take him with a grain of salt as he wasn’t completely trustworthy in his latest leaks.
Elden Ring was originally announced for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. However, at the time that the game was announced we were still in the eighth generation of consoles. If anything new would be showcased about the game on June 10, it could probably confirm its launch on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles as well.
