Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl Garfield DLC Release Date

It's a free expansion!

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl gets a brand new trailer, revealing the Garfield release date as the first free DLC of the game.

Launched earlier in October this year, Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl is the latest entry from the long-running fighting franchise that gathers around some of the all-time favorite characters such as Spong Bob and CatDog in a 3D fighting arena with a multiplayer focused gameplay.

As promised earlier, Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl is supposed to received two free DLC packs that each one adds a brand new character to the game’s roster of fighters. The first DLC was just announced and it will bring Garfield to the figthing arena!

When Is the Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl Garfield DLC Release Date?

Garfield will be available as a playable character in Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl on December 9 for free on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. On Nintendo Switch, players will receive Garfield on December 21, almost two weeks after other platforms.

After launching the two free expansions, Ludocity will still continue to support Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl with new content, but further expansions won’t be available for free. The release date for the next free DLC of the game is yet to be revealed.

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl featured 20 playable characters at launch from 13 different series. With the addition of Garfield, the number of fighters increase to 21, covering 14 series from Nickelodeon.

While Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl didn’t receive favorable reviews from the media, but fans and players seems to be pretty happy with the game so far. However, with Warner Bros. planning to launch its free-to-play fighting game “Multiversus” in the near future, Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl might lose a part of its player base.

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl is now available for $49.99. This is the first title in the whole franchise that launches on consoles. The previous versions of the game used to be available through web browser.
